Opus

It has been quite some time since I have updated my original website (http://medievalcuisine.madpage.com) which I put together using basic HTML code. Except for attempting to update things, placing new information was rather time consuming. I needed a means to share my work (Opus) that was more conducive to updates while I'm not at home. I've started by putting in articles and class handouts that were easy to access. I also plan on sharing my thoughts on various ramblings and works in progress.

I hope the information provided here will prove to be useful to others.
