Shrimp with Fennel Seed

Falli similmente allessare con de finocchio et darali simelemente l'aceto per sapore.

Bay Shrimp

They also should be boiled with some fennel seed and dressed with vinegar.

My Interpretation:

1 pound Shrimp, de-veined

1 teaspoon Fennel seeds

1 teaspoon Salt

2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar

Clean & shell shrimp. In pot of boiling water place salt, fennel seeds & shrimp. Drain shrimp. Dress with vinegar.
