French Garlic Cinnamon Sauce

1 tsp ground ginger 2 cloves garlic, mashed or pressed 1 slice bread, toasted and rolled to fine crumbs |
¼ cup vinegar chicken liver, cooked and ground (optional) salt to taste |
Grind the ginger, garlic, and breadcrumbs together.
Warm the vinegar in a small saucepan and add the bread crumb mixture; stir or whisk until everything blends together and begins to thicken. If it seems too dry, add a little more vinegar or water. Serve hot with the fish or chicken.
